"I received quotes from 3 highly rated gutter companies, all of which were within about $100 of one another. This was for my 2,400 square foot residence and a 1,200 square foot rental home that I own. They both needed gutters at the same time. This gutter company is owned by Oscar Sanchez and Dan Delforge. When meeting with Oscar at both properties, he was very knowledgeable about providing a solution to an unusual condition relating to the lack of a drip edge on the front of my rental house. I could tell immediately that he knows what he is doing. When it was time to do the work, Oscar showed up with his partner Dan and they proceeded to get the work done very quickly. They are very personable, cooperative, professional, and easy to talk to, which is important in the communication department. We did a walk around on both properties to assess where I wanted downspouts, with suggestions from them on
the better
options for positioning to ensure proper drainage, away from the foundations. The jobs were completed
with
perfection and speed. They left nothing to clean up and requested we walk around the jobs to get feedback from me on my satisfaction level and quality of the work. These two are not fly-by-night operators. Their prices are very fair and the quality of their work is top-notch. I wholeheartedly endorse them for gutter replacement. On my residence, they were almost exactly the same price as the other 2 highly reputable companies that gave me quotes. But on the rental house, they were $100 less expensive, which tilted the balance in their favor, in choosing among the 3.
On
my home, I am doing a complete renovation inside and out and painting the exterior. I have a tri-level with a couple of hard-to-reach areas (soffit overhangs and fascia sticking out far enough to make it awkward to reach with a roller or brush). I have an extension ladder that is not ideally high enough to reach the high points on the front and
back
of my tri-level. So I asked Dan if he knew of any aftermarket attachments for my ladder which would extend the ladder further away from the face of the house, than the one I already had. He said, 'Let me pull one of my longer ladders off the truck, which will make it much easier to reach higher to get that done.' Which he did. So I quickly got out my painting gear and proceeded to paint the front and back, upper areas that I previously could not reach without a hazardous situation trying to reach up and behind me. I painted during the 2 hours it took for them to install the gutters and was able to get my hazardous painting done by the time they finished. This long extension ladder was very heavy and unwieldy to carry and maneuver, but they unhesitatingly offered to position it on the front of my house and then carried it around to the back side when I was ready to proceed on that. I tried to move it around
on
the front a couple of times and struggled to do so, as they chuckled and teased me about not having my s.
